Narrative Journaling for Self Expression and Self Care

A more in-depth and experiential session, this SFYC workshop would give you the opportunity to explore writing about emotions, while caring for the self through the creative process through using films as journal prompts.

What can I expect from this SFYC workshop?

In tandem with our SFYC 2024, MHFFS has partnered with The Tapestry Project SG to bring a series of workshops on narrative journaling for self-expression and self-care.

*Please note that photos may be taken during the workshop for publicity purposes. By registering for this event, you hereby consent to having your photo/likeness/recordings posted publicly and on social media.

About The Tapestry Project

The Tapestry Project SG is an independent, non-profit organisation that champions mental health education and empowerment through person-first stories and narrative programmes. Founded by Nicole K. in January 2014, The Tapestry Project SG aims to inspire hope and challenge mindsets associated with mental health, illness, and recovery today.

By sharing heartfelt, authentic narratives, their wish for readers is to see beyond the mental health statistics, and to recognise that behind every statistic is a real person with a story to tell.
