Clarifying Self vs. Living in the Drama

This SFYC workshop is organised by Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH) and Mental Health Film Festival Singapore.

What can I expect?

In collaboration with SFYC 2024, MHFFS has partnered with SAMH to bring a one-hour talk on self-differentiation as a lifelong process of seeking balance among the need for self-definition, self-regulation, and maintaining connections with significant others.

Through this SFYC workshop, their aim is to “grow from,” rather than “break from,” the communities and challenges you find yourself in.

*Please note that photos may be taken during the workshop for publicity purposes. By registering for this event, you hereby consent to having your photo/likeness/recordings posted publicly and on social media.
