The Singapore Mental Health Film Festival was founded in 2018 to facilitate open discussions about mental health and encourage people to take care of our mental health, and also of our loved ones’.

Through a series of films, panel discussions, and workshops, the Festival provides a platform for adults to learn about mental health. Only through managing our emotions and discomforts can we take meaningful steps to support the mental health of our children and youths.

In addition to topics ranging from dementia to suicide prevention, SMHFF 2021 will also feature films and panel conversations focussing on how the pandemic has affected our mental health.
