FILM & PANEL | Let’s Chat MENtal Health

November 26, 2020 @ 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Men’s health matters! This #Movember, we hope to open up conversations surrounding the difficulties men face in seeking help for mental health problems. Traditional notions of male masculinity may have prevented men from “talking about emotions” – but this do not have to be the case!

Join us this 26 November 2020 (Thursday) 8pm, as we watch three short films produced as part of the SMHFF Short Film Youth Competition 2020, followed by a panel discussion.
Together, let us support the bros and men in our lives!

This programme is organized by Singapore Mental Health Film Festival and Community Health Assessment Team; in partnership with Facebook as part of their #heartbits campaign.
